Cancellation:

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once production or shipping has begun, cancellations may not be possible.

Refunds:

Refunds are issued only if:

• The wrong product is delivered.
• The product arrives damaged.
• The product is lost during shipping.

To request a refund, please email us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photographs of the product.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Since all products are handmade, we do not accept returns or refunds for minor variations in color, size, or design.
